Handstand
It’s a beautiful fall day, perfect for some calisthenics out in the yard. A handstand requires a great deal of forethought, especially for a guy with long legs. Would it be best to raise them all at once, or one at a time? Are there low branches above that might sprain an ankle, and should the arms be straightened before or after hoisting the legs?
